July 2026 Newsletter: Celebrating 150 Books and a Journey of Lifelong Learning

July 2026 has become a memorable chapter in my journey as an author, lifelong learner, and knowledge contributor. During the month, I published six new books, ten articles, and seven educational videos in English and Bengali. Each explored a different dimension of personal growth, creativity, psychological awareness, national development, public safety, and purposeful living.

The month also brought a deeply meaningful milestone: the publication of my 150th book, alongside one companion workbook. This special newsletter celebrates more than a number. It reflects years of learning, professional experience, research, disciplined writing, and a continuing commitment to helping people live healthier, wiser, safer, happier, and more purposeful lives.

Learning • Vision • Creativity • Contribution

Learn Today • Create Tomorrow • Serve Humanity

Dear Reader,

Welcome to the July 2026 edition of my Monthly Newsletter—a special issue celebrating the publication of 150 books and one companion workbook.

July has been a month of remarkable learning, reflection, creativity, and purposeful work. Throughout the month, I repeatedly returned to one central idea:

The future does not arrive by accident. It is created through the quality of our thoughts, decisions, habits, awareness, and daily contributions.

The subjects explored during July were diverse: human potential, creativity, protection from manipulation, long-term success, India’s historical transformation and future possibilities, intelligence-driven crime prevention, leisure, peace, dopamine balance, alertness, and awareness.

Yet all these subjects were united by a common purpose: transforming knowledge into practical wisdom and meaningful action.

Thank you for walking with me on this continuing journey of lifelong learning and contribution.

Opening Reflection: What Kind of Future Are We Creating Today?

Every month teaches us something different.

If June invited us to integrate the lessons of the first half of the year, July encouraged us to ask another important question:

What kind of future are we creating today?

Every decision, every habit, every book we read, every conversation, every act of kindness, and every hour invested in learning becomes part of tomorrow.

The future is rarely created only through dramatic events. More often, it is quietly shaped by thousands of small choices made consistently over time.

Milestone of the Month: 150 Books and One Companion Workbook

Reaching the milestone of 150 published books and one companion workbook is a moment of gratitude, reflection, and renewed responsibility.

Each book represents:

•             a question explored,

•             a lesson learned,

•             an experience examined,

•             an idea shared,

•             or a problem addressed.

The collection now covers personal development, psychology, health, leadership, safety, human behaviour, social welfare, culture, travel, national development, and lifelong learning.

Different readers may enter this knowledge library through different subjects, but the underlying mission remains consistent:

To transform knowledge, professional experience, and life lessons into practical guidance that helps people live healthier, wiser, safer, happier, and more purposeful lives.

This milestone is not a finish line. It is a lighthouse. It shows how far the journey has progressed while illuminating the responsibility that lies ahead.

The next phase must focus not merely on producing more books, but on deepening their clarity, relevance, usefulness, and positive impact.

Seven Ideas July Reinforced

1. Great Futures Begin with Better Thinking

Our thinking influences our decisions. Repeated decisions shape our habits, character, outcomes, and destiny.

2. Creativity Exists in Everyone

Creativity grows when we observe carefully, remain curious, question assumptions, connect ideas, and experiment without unnecessary fear.

3. Long-Term Thinking Wins

Immediate rewards may be attractive, but patience, discipline, consistency, and delayed gratification create lasting success.

4. Knowledge Creates Freedom

Learning expands possibilities, strengthens judgement, improves decisions, and helps us respond intelligently to change.

5. Safer Communities Require Smarter Prevention

Crime prevention requires awareness, ethical intelligence, technology, community participation, institutional coordination, and timely intervention.

6. Nations Grow Through Their Citizens

A country flourishes when its citizens continue learning, innovating, cooperating, serving, and thinking beyond personal interests.

7. Consistency Beats Occasional Intensity

Small improvements, repeated faithfully, gradually become capabilities, achievements, influence, and legacy.

Framework of the Month: CREATE

The CREATE Framework offers a practical code for transforming lifelong learning into meaningful contribution.

C — Cultivate Curiosity

Notice more, ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and remain open to discovery.

R — Read Continuously

Learn across subjects, professions, cultures, experiences, and viewpoints.

E — Experiment Fearlessly

Test ideas on a manageable scale. Treat mistakes and feedback as guidance for improvement.

A — Apply Knowledge

Convert information into better decisions, useful habits, practical solutions, and service.

T — Think Long-Term

Consider future consequences, sustainability, purpose, impact, and legacy.

E — Empower Others

Share what you learn so that knowledge creates value beyond your own life.

One-Minute Wisdom

•             Your future is hidden inside today’s habits.

•             Think beyond today. Build beyond yourself.

•             Creativity begins where curiosity refuses to stop.

•             Knowledge compounds quietly.

•             Awareness helps us notice; alertness helps us respond.

•             Learning expands possibilities.

•             Character earns trust.

•             Vision creates direction.

•             Service gives knowledge its highest purpose.

A Reflection for You

As July comes to an end, take a few quiet moments and ask yourself:

•             What new skill or insight did I develop this month?

•             Which habit strengthened the future I want to create?

•             Which habit weakened it?

•             Where did greater awareness help me make a better decision?

•             How did I use creativity to solve a problem?

•             What meaningful contribution did I make to another person’s life?

•             What unfinished work deserves my patient attention?

•             What should I learn, practise, or complete next?

Sometimes the quality of our future depends upon the quality of the questions we are willing to ask ourselves.

Looking Ahead to August

August opens another opportunity to learn, create, publish, serve, and grow.

New books, articles, educational resources, and ideas are already taking shape. The purpose, however, is not simply to produce more. It is to make every new contribution clearer, more useful, and more capable of helping readers think wisely and live purposefully.

As we move deeper into the second half of 2026, this may be a valuable time to review our individual journeys.

What deserves to be continued?

What needs to be changed?

What idea deserves our courage?

What unfinished responsibility now deserves our attention?

A meaningful year is not shaped only by the resolutions we make in January. It can be renewed on any day through one conscious decision followed by consistent action.

An Invitation to Readers

If any book, article, or video has helped you, please consider sharing it with someone who may also benefit.

You are welcome to send your reflections, suggest a future topic, explore the growing knowledge library, or leave a review of a book you have read.

Knowledge becomes more valuable when it begins a conversation, inspires reflection, and travels towards constructive action.

Thank You

Every reader, subscriber, viewer, reviewer, friend, and well-wisher has become part of this journey.

Your encouragement inspires me to continue learning, researching, writing, and sharing ideas that may help individuals and society grow together.

May your days be filled with curiosity, good health, creative thinking, meaningful relationships, purposeful work, alert awareness, and lifelong learning.

With gratitude and purpose,
