Thought Spark

Who is God? For some, God is the creator of the universe; for others, God is love, truth, or the inner voice guiding us. In Hinduism, God is worshiped through many forms—deities and goddesses—because the Infinite can manifest in countless ways. In other religions, God is formless, worshipped without idols. Yet across cultures, the essence is the same: God is the ultimate reality, the source of strength when fear overwhelms us, the hope when darkness surrounds us, and the friend when no one else stands by.

Quote by Dr. Gurudas Bandyopadhyay

“God is not bound by temples or rituals—God is the silent witness in your heart, guiding you toward love, truth, and peace.”

Slogan

“Serve God by serving life. Respect God by respecting every soul.”

The Many Faces of God

Hinduism: Many gods and goddesses represent infinite aspects of the same truth (Durga = strength, Saraswati = knowledge, Vishnu = preservation, Shiva = transformation).

Christianity: One God expressed in the Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Islam: Allah is one, formless, beyond images, merciful and just.

Buddhism & Jainism: Emphasize spiritual awakening and divine qualities rather than a creator god.

The diversity of worship reflects humanity’s attempt to touch the same Infinite.
