Do at least something GOOD daily to grow well continuously. Eat well, Move well, Sleep well, Think well.
Be determined to grow better daily. Have faith in your abilities and have at least small achievements daily. Each day is very important in anyone’s life. It is one’s life in miniature form. If you can utilize the day well, you will continuously prosper. It is up to you how you act and respond to situations to improve daily. You may follow the following tips:
Practice positive affirmations. Feed your mind with strong positive thoughts.
Set SMARTEST goals. Visualize your achievements. Remind yourself of the rewards for achieving goals
Spend at least ten minutes in solitude either in the morning or evening. Be with you only.
Challenge yourself physically daily. Go jogging more than 1000 steps at a stretch in the natural environment. Get on the treadmill, do at least a dozen of sit-ups, and do more push-ups.
Be dedicated to massively increasing productivity daily. It is never talent alone that matters for success. It is only a part, rests are hard work, consistency, self-belief, continuous learning, and development.
Spend time with someone you love, with something you like, for example walking in the jungle, inside a flower garden, vegetable farm.
Spend time reading good books. Be a member of Kindle Unlimited and practice speed reading and taking important notes for your personal development.
Listen to YouTube Videos made by experts like Jim Rohn, Swami Mukundananda, SadhGuru. Listen to Ted Talks. Have an impactful conversation with an established person, if you get a chance
Take up mental challenges to join and finish an online short certificate course and get a verified certificate on completion.
Write and publish a blog/article/story on your favorite topic which can inspire others to develop. Take time to create an educational video and the world be benefitted from your thoughts
Try to boost your self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Try to realize the emotions of others well and suit yourself accordingly. Gain from the environment even in worse situations.
Do journaling daily. Express your thoughts. Get engaged in expressive writing.
Make it a habit to write a diary daily. Note your achievements and shortfalls daily. Note lessons learned and how can you make a good move for upskilling.
Write at least ten topics in any subject of your choice. It may be a trending subject or an evergreen interesting matter. Help people to know various things in alternative ways.
