I am an Entrepreneur, popularly called as GURUDAS, which means Servant of Guru. I am a devoted disciple to serve the humanity and the environment.
My earnest desire is to help people to maintain strong mental health, physically active body, happy and successful life with strong personality and all-round prosperity. They should be able to utilize their time well, remain safe, earn enough money in right way and enjoy financial freedom to live a good life with family and friends & to contribute well to the environment and the world. I have suffered extreme challenges first to get suitable employment and then employers have chased me to join their organizations.
I strongly believe people can get what they want and future is predictable. My strategies are proven and offer step by step progress. Of course result will depend on quality of execution. If implemented sincerely, it can guarantee progress and continuous improvement. Helping people to achieve holistic health, happiness and prosperity is my passion and most demanding to my soul.
I have done extensive research on Psychological Well-Being of employees while I was undergoing Ph.D. in Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
With my decades of working experience in Health, Safety & Environment fields in different industries and services sectors, I am deeply connected to this field and engaged to help people for holistic living. Of late, my engagement as Professor, Dean and Director of P G Studies in Human Resource Management have also strengthened me.
Being an author of eight self-help books, I am confident to support people to come out of their grey area and prosper in life.
